Your Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with prospective candidates about opportunities at MLR, assessing their interest
• Schedule appointments for candidates to meet with our recruiters for comprehensive screenings
• Conduct follow-ups with prospects to sustain their enthusiasm and support during the hiring process
• Keep precise, current records using our applicant tracking system
• Collect commissions based on the meetings you arrange, interviews that result from your efforts, and successful placements of candidates from your leads
