What We Offer Generous paid time off (PTO) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with employer matching Your Responsibilities Perform high-volume skin prick and intradermal allergy testing Administer allergy immunotherapy injections according to established dosing schedules Monitor patients following injections and promptly recognize signs of systemic or anaphylactic reactions Room patients efficiently and maintain smooth clinical flow Perform spirometry and assist with food and medication challenges Educate patients on EpiPen use, allergen avoidance, and treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation, medication records, and patient testing information Follow all clinical, infection-control, and patient-safety protocols Qualifications Current CMA or RMA certification required Previous experience in a medical office, specialty clinic, or allergy/immunology setting preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail, particularly with medication and injection dosing Calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
