Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state SLP license and school certification (as applicable)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with grades K-6 is a plus

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in kindergarten through sixth grade
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide both group and one-on-one therapy sessions, tailoring techniques to each student’s unique needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and therapy outcomes
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and participate in case conferences when necessary
• Empower students to develop effective communication and social skills in the classroom environment
