Summary of Role Our Fab 8 team is seeking a 2027 New College Graduate to join the Process Integration and Yield Engineering organization in Malta, New York. The selected candidate will support semiconductor technology development and high-volume manufacturing through process integration, yield analysis, data-driven problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. Essential Responsibilities include Analyze yield, electrical, parametric, defect, and manufacturing data toidentifytrends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support process integration activities across semiconductor process modules, products, and manufacturing disciplines. Collaborate with process, device, manufacturing, quality, and product engineering teams to investigate issues and improve product performance. Apply statistical methods, structured problem solving, and data analytics tools to support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. Participate in technology development, qualification, process change, and manufacturing readiness activities. Develop technical reports, presentations, dashboards, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project status. Required Qualifications Education – Graduating with a Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IndustrialEngineeringor related field from an accredited degree program. Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing. Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal) Travel - Up to 10% Preferred Qualifications Prior related internship or co-op experience. Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc. Strong interest inleveragingAI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making. Project management skills,i.e.the ability to innovate andexecutesolutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity. Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong planning & organizational skills Experience with data analysis, statistics, or programming tools such as Python, JMP, MATLAB, R, or similar.
