A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail are essential—you’ll be managing relationships, pursuing new opportunities, and following through on the details that keep business moving. What You’ll Do Build and grow relationships with existing and prospective business members. Develop new business through proactive outreach, calling, business visits, networking, referrals, and community involvement. Build connections with CPAs, attorneys, commercial real estate professionals, chambers of commerce, community organizations, and other referral partners. Serve as a trusted financial resource by learning about each business and recommending solutions that fit its needs. Generate and grow commercial deposits, loans, and other business relationships. Guide business members through the loan process, including gathering documentation and coordinating with underwriting through closing. Manage and monitor an assigned business loan portfolio and proactively address potential concerns. Represent Openland at networking events and community functions. Partner across Openland to connect business members with additional products, services, and resources. Stay on top of follow-ups, commitments, and deadlines while delivering an excellent member experience. Requirements Two to five years of similar or related experience, including experience gained through preparatory roles. Strong relationship-building, communication, and business development skills.
