Are you passionate about helping people and being the first step in connecting clients with legal support? We're looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our growing team at Altman Nussbaum Shunnarah Trial Attorneys. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, gathering important information and ensuring cases are properly evaluated and directed to the legal team.

This is a 100% onsite position at our office in Boston, Massachusetts. We believe the best work happens when our team collaborates together in person.

What You'll Do:

• Be the first connection: Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries from potential clients seeking legal assistance.
• Conduct intakes: Gather key details about accidents and injuries while guiding clients through the initial intake process.
• Capture critical information: Accurately enter client information and case details into the firm's case management system.
• Support case evaluation: Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure cases are reviewed and routed efficiently.
• Deliver excellent service: Provide compassionate and professional communication to clients during what is often a stressful time.

What You Need:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, intake, call center, or administrative support preferred; legal intake experience is a plus.
• Experience communicating with clients over the phone and gathering sensitive or confidential information.
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Filevine or other case management software is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
