As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Positive and professional demeanor.

In this role, you will:

• Welcome patients and answer phones, texts, and emails professionally.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
• Enter and maintain accurate medical records.
• Process payments and ensure patient account accuracy.
• Perform light filing and maintain office supplies (as needed).
• Be a team player and contribute to a positive work environment.
