As a Contact Center Representative, you'll deliver exceptional service over the phone, assist members with their financial needs, answer questions, solve problems, and connect members with products and services that help them reach their goals—all while creating a positive experience with every call.

Qualifications:

Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license, plus previous credit union, financial institution, customer service, call center, sales, or related experience.
