Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patient function using formal and informal testing across skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular systems
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals
• Document patient assessments, treatment interventions, and progress accurately for billing and regulatory compliance
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, and students to ensure quality care
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on pathology, treatment options, and home exercise programs
• Promote the physical therapy services within the community and support departmental development
• Assist in selecting and securing adaptive/supportive equipment for patient use

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Michigan State Physical Therapy License
• Basic understanding of outpatient and acute care settings
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and within a team

Preferred:

• Prior experience in outpatient or acute care
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and students
