Summary
Join MyMichigan Health as an Outpatient Physical Therapist providing individualized rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting with occasional acute care coverage. Enjoy a competitive salary, a $20,000 sign-on bonus , and opportunities for professional growth.

Day Shift
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekend Rotation: 1 weekend per month
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide outpatient physical therapy with occasional acute care coverage.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), aides, and students.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Recommend adaptive equipment and promote patient safety and recovery.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Required)
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) (Required)
BLS Certification (Within 1 month of hire – Highly Preferred)
Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills
