What You'll Do

• Evaluate patient mobility, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular function using testing measures
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance
• Implement and adjust treatment regimes in coordination with physicians
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on pathology, treatment options, and prognosis
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students as appropriate
• Document patient progress, treatment responses, and modifications
• Promote community education and advance physical therapy standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

What You Need

• Valid Physical Therapist license in MI or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred
• Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform necessary patient care activities including lifting and mobility requirements
