The strongest candidate will: Inspire each student to learn continuously Demonstrate intrinsic value Have individual gifts and talents Contribute to the benefit of the community Build relationships on mutual trust and respect Desire to learn and grow through personalized learning Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in the educational field Applicants must be reside in the state of Minnesota during employment Applicants who will hold the following credentials by August 31, 2026 are welcome to apply. Minnesota Teacher License: Special Education (K-12) We encourage all applicants to review the MN Tier License System as we will work with applicants in applying for various Tier licenses that they may qualify The district is willing to request an out of field permission license as needed Benefit Package*: We offer a highly competitive rewards package that includes: Compensation & Paid Leave Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA: $53,023 and MA: $64,910; licensed teaching experience considered for higher placement (prorated based on FTE) Performance Awards available Up to 12 sick days and up to 2 personal days of leave given yearly Health Insurance Medical premiums are covered by the district up to $756 for individual plans and up to $1,315 per month toward family plans.
