Job Description

We're seeking a driven and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales force in Brook Park, Ohio. Candidate must live/reside within 30-45 miles of the designated office/plant location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and fax
• Generate and follow up on product quotes

• Monitor inventory and communicate concerns to purchasing/management
• Resolve customer service issues with professionalism
• Continuously expand product and service knowledge
• Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs

Qualifications:

• 2 - 5 Years Inside Sales Experience (Metals, Materials, Manufacturing Experience Preferred)
• Computer Proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Familiarity with industrial products and services

Job Compensation

$51,000+/year (Based on experience) + Monthly Incentive Compensation
