Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor visitor activity, and maintain clear communication with team members and guests. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $18.45 / Hour Job Schedule Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location. Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized personnel, contractors, and deliveries according to site requirements. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, employee access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity. Document daily activities, incidents, and access control events accurately and promptly in accordance with site procedures. Minimum Requirements Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
