Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
  • Evaluate and assess patient needs for physical therapy
  • Design individualized treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic exercise and modalities
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements of the Physical Therapist
  • Valid Physical Therapist license
  • BLS Certification
  • Experience in a LTC/SNF setting preferred
