Universal Mental Health Services (UMHS) is seeking a Temporary Office Assistant for our Lenoir office. This position provides clerical and administrative support including data entry, filing, maintaining records, and supporting daily office operations in our CQI Department.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredAdministrative, receptionist, or office experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong customer service and organizational skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to sit, stand, bend, and perform routine office tasks throughout the workday. Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.This is a temporary position with hours based on agency needs (approximate 20 to 30 hours per week Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm)Apply today to join a team dedicated to supporting individuals and families throughout North Carolina.
