Food Service Worker NOW!
DPS is now hiring a Food Service Worker for a Facility in Lenoir, NC. Dean's Professional Services has partnered with healthcare facilities, government organizations, and corporations to provide job opportunities.
Job Details:
Location: 321 Mulberry St. SW Lenoir, NC 28645
Schedule: 5:30am - 1:00pm (Days vary)
Starting Pay Rate: $16.23 / Hourly (Based on experience)
Temporary to hire
Food Service Worker Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve quality food and baked goods following menus and standards.
- Ensure proper food storage, handling, sanitation, and temperature controls.
- Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment safely, especially knives.
- Keep work areas, equipment, and kitchen floors clean, organized, and sanitary.
- Assist the Manager with food, meal preparation, completing and submitting daily reports to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain accurate cash receipts and meal records in line with policies.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Food Handler Certification (as required).
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of food service, kitchen, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions and work quickly under pressure.
