ERP Project Manager

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, upgrade, and support of ERP solutions, with a strong preference for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision). The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate stakeholders, oversee project delivery, and ensure successful ERP implementations that align with business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and optimization projects.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and executive communications.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, change management, and quality standards.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Manage data migration, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Drive continuous process improvements and ERP best practices.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience managing ERP implementation projects.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes including:
• Finance & Accounting
• Supply Chain Management
• Procurement
• Inventory Management
• Manufacturing (preferred)
• Sales & Distribution
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) implementations, upgrades, or migrations to D365 BC.
• Experience managing cloud ERP transformation projects.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, EDI, Power Platform, and reporting solutions.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure environments.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing processes.
• ERP consulting or implementation partner experience is highly desirable.
