Receptionist - Professional Services
Location: Greenville, SC
Pay: $22-23/hr
Schedule: M-Th 8-4; in-office
- Serve as first contact for guests whether via phone or in-person
- Coordinate sign out process for office equipment needed for presentations
- Oversee the organizations conference room and scheduling system
- Order gifts for special engagements such as marriages, births, bereavements
- Primary contact with building maintenance for repairs
- Ensure office supplies are stocked appropriately
- Assist in coordination of social events for the organization
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, Marketing, Communications or similar
- Reliability and great organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
