Position Summary Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non‑clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization, program development, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. With a commitment to cultivating excellence in patient care, Clinic Directors lead in facilitating and participating in continuing education, while also providing mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance. You help kids thrive and you focus on patients & families while we provide business and operational support. Requirements You must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program. Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in the applicable state is required. Previous pediatric therapy experience is highly preferred.
