CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Take and record vital signs
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers
• Respond promptly to resident needs during overnight hours
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
• Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Requirements

• Active New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
• Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
