Job Summary: Support the day to day maintenance operation of a healthcare facility. Perform building maintenance HVAC support and general repairs to ensure a safe and functional environment. Responsibilities: Perform general building and equipment repairs Complete routine inspections and record equipment readings Replace HVAC air filters as scheduled Monitor building safety and security Report repair needs and equipment issues Assist with emergency response and service calls Coordinate repairs with staff vendors and other departments Maintain mechanical areas tools and supplies Document completed work and follow department procedures Support vendor work and quality standards Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Valid driver license required Two years maintenance or HVAC experience Knowledge of building systems and maintenance tools Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Salary: $26 - $30 hourly Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401k Retirement Plan Unlimited PTO and Holidays Paid Parental Leave Wellness Programs Employee Discounts Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $26 - $30 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
