Overview HIRING - Home Care Occupational Therapist. At Caring Hearts Homecare, we’re dedicated to empowering clients to live independently and thrive in the comfort of their homes. What You’ll Do Deliver personalized, hands-on therapy care to clients in their homes. Conduct comprehensive assessments and design tailored treatment plans to improve clients’ quality of life. Educate clients and caregivers on disease management, adaptive techniques, and home safety. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Re-evaluate and adjust care plans to meet evolving client needs. What We’re Looking For Licensed Occupational Therapist (state licensure required). Experience: 1+ years in home health, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings. Skills Strong clinical judgment and ability to work autonomously. Tech-savvy with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., experience with [specific software]). Compassionate communicator with a knack for building trust with clients and families. Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally to serve clients in the following areas (mileage reimbursement provided). Service Areas Area 1: Boston, South Boston, South End, Dorchester, Roxbury, W. Roxbury, Mattapan, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale. Area 2: Quincy, Weymouth, Randolph, Braintree, Brockton. Area 3: Cambridge, Allston, Brighton, Brookline, Somerville, Charlestown. Area 4: Lynn, Chelsea, Revere, Everett, Malden, Medford, East Boston, Winthrop, Melrose. Area 5: Andover, N.
