Role Description The Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL, responsible for overseeing all accounting operations and financial reporting for T HENRI. This role manages the general ledger, ensures accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, and prepares financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards. The Controller monitors cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and maintain strong financial controls. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and inventory costing, as well as implementing internal controls, coordinating audits, and maintaining compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. The Controller collaborates with leadership to provide financial insights, optimize processes, and support growth initiatives in a luxury manufacturing environment. Qualifications Strong accounting and finance skills, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and month-end close. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions. Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS, tax compliance, internal controls, and audit coordination. Proficiency with accounting and ERP systems, spreadsheets, and financial modeling tools. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is preferred.
