Responsibilities Deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident and family satisfaction. Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes. Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning. Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff. Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
