Overnight Maintenance Technician | Commercial Office, NYC | $34-$36 per hour

\nHays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading building owner to hire an Overnight Maintenance Technician.
\n \nYour new role
\nThe job duties of the Overnight Maintenance Tech will include, among others:
\n- \n
- Oversight of maintenance related to HVAC and mechanical systems \n
- Manage Preventive Maintenance activities, diagnose and resolve any mechanical/electrical issues \n
- Perform light maintenance as needed; carpentry, plaster electrical \n
- Work with 3rd party vendors if needed \n
What you'll need to succeed
\nThe ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
\n- \n
- Experience conducting commercial building maintenance \n
- Relevant FDNY certs are a plus \n
- Good pulse in safety, and ability to communicate with building tenants \n
- ***Must be able to work the following hours: Midnight-8am*** \n
