responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, optimization, and implementation of operational processes, focusing on driving efficiency and scale through technology and automation.

• Lead and collaborate across teams to prioritize technical operations roadmaps, iterate problem definitions, and scope technical designs to build innovative solutions.

• Leverage data to guide strategic decisions, identify risks, and investigate escalations to develop impactful short- to long-term technology-enabled solutions.

• Support cross-functional teams by translating new product requirements into automated workflows and producing insights, training, and technical tooling to bridge system gaps.
