If you are looking for a position that helps support meaningful, patient-centered care, this is your opportunity to make a difference!How You’ll Make a Difference (Essential Functions)The Recruiter position is responsible for screening applicants, interviewing, working with department managers, and partnering with Talent Acquisition Specialists to develop sourcing plans for their assigned positions. The Recruiter will efficiently guide applicants through the hiring process and will assist throughout a new hire’s first day of employment.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and HiringUse applicant tracking system for screening of candidatesManage inquiries and questions from potential job seekersBuild and maintain qualified candidate pools to efficiently fill open positionsAssist with full cycle hiring process including screening, selecting, scheduling, and interviewingEnsure all recruiting efforts are aligned with the company’s commitment to equityPerform job offers verbally, in writing, and respond to candidate negotiationsFollow-up on new hire paperwork with HR Coordinator to ensure all requirements are metPerform reference and professional credential checksSourcingPartner with Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to create a sourcing plan for assigned positionsIdentify and participate in community events to connect with active or passive candidates (job fairs,chamber and school events, community groups, etc.)Perform recruitment campaigns through applicant tracking system, direct mail, and other identified sourcesMaintain professional profiles on social media and build professional networks for assigned business areasUtilize creative sourcing strategies that contribute to building an inclusive and diverse workforceDeliver the best experience to potential candidates, candidates, hiring managers and business leadersOther DutiesParticipate in internal work groups, meetings and committees relative to position responsibilitiesServe as back-up to HR Coordinator for processing post-offer requirementsYou Bring (Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or combination of equivalent education/experience in related field requiredPrior recruitment and human resource experience preferredValid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicleIntermediate Microsoft Office Suite skillsAbility to work effectively and cooperatively with othersExperience using industry specific softwareAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingAbility to be flexible in time and task to meet organizational needsBenefitsCompetitive pay with free parkingHealth, dental, and vision insurance for employees who are hired for 28+ hours per week (.7 FTE +)Retirement plans with employer matchingGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday paid time offComprehensive onboarding, mentorship, and career developmentAbout AgraceFor more than 45 years, Agrace has been an innovator and leader in both caring for patients and their families, and in educating others about death, dying and grief.
