General Manager (07223) – 383 N. Pacific Highway Full‑time. Job Category: Store General Manager. Job Duties Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Training Orientation and training provided on the job. Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Essential Functions/Skills Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly; may use a calculator. Make correct monetary change. Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature extremes (36°F to >90°F), fumes, cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler; hot surfaces up to 500°F; sharp edges and moving parts. Physical Demands Standing: most tasks performed while standing; walking on ceramic tile/linoleum. Walking: generally short distances. Sitting: paperwork normally completed at a desk. Lifting: handle deliveries up to 50 lb; stack onto shelves up to 72 in high. Carrying: small cans (~3 lb) and occasionally heavier items (up to 30 lb). Pushing/Pulling: move trays on dollies; require ~7.5 lb force. Climbing, stooping, bending, crouching/squatting as required. Reaching: up to 72 in, forward and downward. Hand tasks: continuous use of hands; manual coordination for pizza prep. Driver or Store Management Responsibilities Deliver product by car; distribute flyers and door hangers. Valid driver’s license with safe driving record; must have access to an insured vehicle. Navigate delivery area, including stairs and private homes. Delivery Physical Demands Carrying: carry pizzas, sides, drinks during deliveries. Driving: deliver within designated area, possibly multiple deliveries per shift. Walking/Climbing: travel between store, vehicle, and customer location; may need five or more flights of stairs.
