Trains inmates in all kitchen policies and procedures. Maintains a high standard of food safety, sanitation and quality in a cost‑efficient manner. Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend policies and procedures. Demonstrated ability to monitor and supervise the work of others. Additional Considerations Advance knowledge of food safety, sanitation, cost controls and operating and repairing food service equipment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook. Requirements Background investigation required. Applicable drug screening may be required for safety-sensitive positions.
