Sales Operations Senior Associate

Drive complex, cross-functional projects with end-to-end ownership, ensuring alignment with strategic sales and partnership goals across diverse product areas.Provide executive leaders with critical analysis and data-driven recommendations on high-priority topics to influence key decisions and resolve operational inefficiencies. Develop clear and persuasive communications to support senior leadership in the Global Partnerships organization, translating complex problems into simple, actionable insights.Design and implement business cadences, processes, and reporting frameworks to track progress against objectives and instill strong operational rigor. Solve ambiguous business challenges by developing hypotheses, applying a wide range of analytical tools, and formulating optimal, data-backed solutions. Cultivate effective partnerships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, championing collaboration to achieve better business outcomes and strategic alignment. Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Commercial Strategy & Operations-related occupation.Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Commercial Strategy & Operations-related occupation.
