You will be working within an energetic team dedicated to best practices in physical therapy. Our facility encourages a proactive approach to treatment, including the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a great work-life balance while you dedicate your skills to patient recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with functional limitations and disabilities, using evidence-based assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.Demonstrate proficiency in treatment protocol implementation, integrating evaluation results to adapt treatment strategies according to evolving patient needs.Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, sharing insights and modifying plans of care as necessary.Maintain accurate and timely documentation, detailing patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards.Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in facility meetings to enhance team collaboration and improve patient outcomes.Commit to regulatory compliance by completing all required corporate and clinical training, ensuring adherence to state and federal guidelines.Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Physical Therapist at Hype Motion, you will primarily work with outpatient orthopedic patients across a spectrum of conditions. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain situations who require rehabilitation services to regain mobility and enhance their overall physical function. The focus is on personalized, patient-centered care, aimed at bettering each individual's health trajectory, optimizing recovery times, and minimizing complications.QualificationsA Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Florida.Demonstrated experience of at least two (2) years in outpatient orthopedic settings.Active CPR certification.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience with electronic health record systems to manage patient documentation effectively.Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and interventions relevant to the orthopedic patient population.Engagement in roles that necessitate direct communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.Compensation and BenefitsThis full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
