BrightStar Care of Midtown Raleigh is currently hiring experienced and compassionate CNAs and PCAs for immediate openings in the RDU Areas!

Responsibilities

• Provide companion care and personal care assistance to clients in their homes
• Follow and complete all tasks outlined in the client's plan of care
• Document care provided, time, and attendance accurately
• Communicate client changes or concerns promptly to the Director of Nursing
• Maintain a safe environment while following agency policies and procedures
• Respond appropriately and professionally in emergency situations
• Use caregiving equipment safely and properly, including Hoyer lifts
• Maintain reliable attendance and arrive to shifts on time
• Submit shift availability at least two weeks in advance
• Assist with client transportation as needed

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
• Hoyer Lift experience preferred
• Active North Carolina CNA License or proof of work experience for PCA applicants
• Current TB test
• Current CPR Certification
• Completion of all state-mandated training requirements
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Willingness to transport clients
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
