This inpatient pharmacist role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital setting with a 500-bed capacity, including a 42-bed NICU and a 14-bed Pediatric ICU. The position is based in Lubbock, TX, operating on a night shift schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off (Wednesday through Tuesday rotation). The hospital system utilizes EPIC, having recently transitioned from Cerner in February, so familiarity with EPIC is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general inpatient pharmacy duties ensuring accurate medication dispensing and patient safety
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support optimal pharmacotherapy for inpatient populations
• Utilize EPIC software effectively for medication management and clinical documentation

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as an inpatient pharmacist is highly preferred
• Experience with EPIC system is strongly desired to facilitate smooth workflow
• Ability to work independently during night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment
