This role offers the opportunity to work as an Inpatient Pharmacist in a dynamic hospital setting equipped with a 500-bed facility, including a 42-bed NICU and a 14-bed Pediatric ICU. The hospital recently transitioned to the EPIC system from Cerner, and familiarity with EPIC will be highly valued. The schedule consists of a 7-on, 7-off night rotation, running from Wednesday through Tuesday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services to support patient care
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure accurate medication management
• Utilize the EPIC system for medication order verification and clinical documentation
• Participate in medication therapy evaluations and assist with clinical interventions as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as an inpatient pharmacist is highly preferred
• Experience working with the EPIC electronic health record system is advantageous
• Strong clinical knowledge of inpatient medication protocols and safety standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
