Key Responsibilities

• Assemble precision components using drawings and work instructions
• Prepare, clean, test, and inspect parts and assemblies
• Operate basic tools and equipment
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections
• Identify and resolve quality issues with internal teams
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace
• Cross-train on multiple products

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of assembly experience (small parts preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read basic diagrams or instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment

Clean, structured aerospace manufacturing setting with a strong focus on quality and safety.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Lynnwood, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
