Litigation Associate

Unique Litigation Associate opportunity with a well-rounded, down-to-earth law firm and great Managing Partner mentorship. High level, substantial, and high quality work and clientele. Our client is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their prominent litigation practice. Interesting, substantive, complex commercial litigation work with national clientele. This is a defense firm with work/life balance. Opportunity to gain exposure in commercial, business, and construction litigation.
Additional:
- Must be barred in FL
- Excellent legal research, investigation, writing , and verbal skills are also required
- Previous experience preparing and responding to initial pleadings, motions to dismiss, demands, discovery, motions for summary judgment, and other trial-related court filings
- Deposition experience
- Courtroom experience
- MUST have good litigation skills
- MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience, ideally 5+ years experience
