Senior Account Executive, Programmatic

Job Responsibilities Expand our client portfolio through agency and brand relationships. Develop prospect hit lists, and leverage existing sales relationships to maximize overall long‑term value of client relationships. Own and drive revenue strategy, with a focus on high‑impact accounts. Build and maintain a robust pipeline and consistently close new business. Maintain deep relationships with clients and agencies through outstanding service and campaign results. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma/GED (Required) Preferred background in ad‑tech sales, working with brands, agencies, trading desks, and ad networks. Strong network of agency and client‑direct relationships across the region. Proven track record of developing and closing new business. Expertise in digital media, including programmatic, location‑based data, and analytics. Results‑driven mindset with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. A collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit aligned with our inclusive culture and sustainability initiatives. Additional Requirements At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel Required: Yes/No DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Compensation Total Target Cash Pay Range: $199,700 - $360,200, inclusive of target incentives.
