JCW Group, a well-established private equity firm in New York, seeks a Transaction Tax Manager to join its tax team. You will advise on tax aspects of M&A from diligence through closing and partner with deal teams on high-impact investments. You will lead due diligence, guide deal structuring, and monitor evolving tax laws to protect and maximize portfolio value.
