Implementation Consultant (Audit Suite)

About the Role As an Implementation Consultant (Audit Suite), you will: Meet with customers to determine business and technical needs. Recommend optimal system configuration and business processes based on industry best practices. Prepare and present implementation plans for customer approval. Manage and execute implementation plans, including directing staff resources (both internal and external), evaluating results, creating documentation of newly created processes, and managing overall engagement. Train client personnel on use of software solutions and business practices. Build and maintain client relationships supporting their use and application of Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting products. Keep product and industry knowledge up to date. Manage logistics and administrative tasks for all engagements. About You We are looking for a candidate who: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in public accounting or consulting or accounting software. CPA, preferred. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-sufficient and able to work well in team settings. Experience with Agile, a plus. Problem‑solving and situational analysis. Time management and organization. Technical acumen. Comfortable with up to 25% travel, including overnights as required (depending on company policy and current local health and travel restrictions). Audit knowledge is preferred. Compensation and Location In the United States, the base compensation range varies by location: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC: $85,500 USD – $158,700 USD. Other eligible US locations: $74,200 USD – $137,800 USD. Compensation is based on experience and other factors. The role may also be eligible for an annual bonus.
