This is an opportunity to be part of a growing, collaborative group delivering complex structural design solutions across a diverse portfolio of building projects.Our Boston Buildings practice supports a strong backlog of work across multiple sectors and continues to grow. This role offers exposure to multidisciplinary teams and provides a solid foundation for developing structural engineering expertise within the built environment.**Key Responsibilities*** Support the design and analysis of building structures, including steel, concrete, and other structural systems* Assist in preparing structural calculations, drawings, and technical documentation* Participate in site visits, field investigations, and construction support activities* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver coordinated design solutions* Support projects through various phases, from design through construction**Qualifications*** 0–3 years of experience in structural analysis and design, preferably within buildings or vertical construction* Experience with software such as ETABS, RISA 3D, SAP2000, Revit preferred* Fundamentals of Engineering (FE/EIT) certification preferred or in progress* Ability to work both in an office environment and on project sites as needed* Strong written and verbal communication skills**What We’re Looking For*** Self-motivated, career-driven individual with interest in building design* Strong attention to detail and ability to organize technical information* Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in team environmentsCompensation Range:$82,862.07 - $94,699.51**STV offers the following benefits** • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off (starting at 16 days) • Paid Holidays (9 days) • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) • Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society MembershipsSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
