Epic Personnel Partners is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer focused Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator to join our Bloomfield, CT office. This is an entry level position that plays an important role in creating a positive first impression for our applicants.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to applicants.

• Conduct brief phone pre screenings to confirm qualifications and availability.

• Accurately enter interview appointments and applicant information into scheduling systems and spreadsheets.

• Provide applicants with interview details, directions, and instructions for completing required paperwork before their appointment.

• Send interview confirmation and same day text message reminders.

• Ensure schedules remain organized and up to date throughout the day.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming experience for every applicant.

• Work closely with recruiters to help maintain an efficient interview schedule.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Friendly, upbeat, and professional phone voice.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and basic computer programs.

• Ability to multitask in a fast paced office environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

• Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, administrative, or scheduling experience is a plus, but not required.
