In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of collection strategy and operational outcomes — managing multi-discipline requirements across SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and GEOINT, driving deconfliction across the IC, and directly shaping how the nation's premier cyber command sees and understands its adversaries. What You'll Do Manage collection requirements usingCHROME, NSRP, POSTMAN, and GIMS, ensuring timely validation, deconfliction, and submission to DIA and IC agencies Develop and refine multi-discipline collection strategies to close intelligence gaps for USCYBERCOM and Cyber Mission Force (CMF) customers Monitor collection strategies, provide feedback, and collaborate with analysts and planners to adjust approaches based on reporting outcomes Support IC engagements through national working groups and boards, deconflicting and coordinating cross-organizational intelligence needs DeconflictTitle 10 (ISR)andTitle 50 SIGINTmission tasking to ensure compliance with delegated authorities Conduct collection management trend analysis and share insights to improve processes and procedures across the organization Execute collaborative multi-disciplinary collection orchestration campaigns, leveraging automation, AI/ML capabilities, and innovative data streams Develop doctrinal CM work products includingCollection Requirement Matrices (CRMx), JIPCLs, and RSTA matrices Provide subject matter expertise for GIMS and GEOINT collection requirements portfolio management Author and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives
