About the Role Safety Coordinator job at ExxonMobil in Midland, TX. Field Safety Advisor who will provide direct support to Operations & Maintenance teams. Work schedule 5/2 with occasional weekends. Key Responsibilities Engage stakeholders and quickly build relationships. Provide ongoing leadership and coaching to influence team behaviors related to the Personnel Safety Management System (PSMS). Lead investigations, identify causal factors/root causes of high‑potential incidents, and communicate findings to senior management. Execute complex Safety & Health projects independently or as part of a team. Participate in the Buddy Manager program to ensure effective management of contractor workforce. Participate in contractor interface discussions as requested. Develop content, coordinate, and lead team meetings. Collaborate with Operations personnel to maintain effective Emergency Response Plans and coordinate emergency response drills. Work in a team environment, remain flexible, and be willing to work alternative hours and weekends. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office; understand and use Smartsheet. Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS), Personnel Safety Management System (PSMS), and Work Management System (WMS).
