Pay Range: $23.50 - $24.50 per hour Level 1 - $23.50 Level 2 - $24.00 Level 3 - $24.50 Job Type: Full Time, Non-exempt Shifts Available: 6:30AM - 3:00PM

Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to lift and/or move various body weight frequently Minimum experience with senior care including private care or one-on-one. Experience as a caregiver in other senior facilities is preferred. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care, while ensuring their dignity and comfort Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed, adhering to safety standards and procedures, including coordinating two-person transfers when necessary. Escort residents to and from activities, dining areas, and other locations as required Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive, nurturing, and engaging environment for residents Assist residents with eating by cutting food into manageable pieces, providing direct feeding support when necessary, and encouraging adequate nourishment and hydration, while maintaining respect and dignity Regularly monitor assigned residents, documenting observations and noting any changes in physical or emotional conditions Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, bed making, and ensuring the living environment is clean and free of hazards All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, including minorities, women, veterans, and disabled individuals.
