• Serve as a technical bridge between the customer and Netgear’s Support organization, facilitating smooth post‑sales transitions, managing escalations, and ensuring a consistent customer experience.
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering, analyzing, and articulating technical feedback and feature requests to Product Management, helping shape product direction and ensuring customer needs are reflected in future releases.
• Design and support secure networking environments leveraging Zero Trust architecture, including user/device segmentation, role‑based access, and secure onboarding.
• Promote and support the adoption of Cloud platforms, providing scalable cloud management for multi‑site environments with capabilities such as zero‑touch provisioning, real‑time alerts, firmware lifecycle management, and network analytics.
• Conduct detailed RF planning and network design using tools such as Ekahau or similar.
• Enable and support Netgear's channel ecosystem (MSPs, VARs, distributors) through technical training, solution guidance, and joint customer engagements.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of competitive products, market trends, and the evolving enterprise IT landscape.
