Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Cath LabHeart and VascularBrick Township, NJ 08724Duration: 13 WeeksShift: Day ShiftSchedule: 5 Days/Week | 8 Hours/Day | 40 Hours/WeekImportant NotesManager will review resumes and conduct interviews.Cardiac Cath Lab / Prep Recovery position.Minimum 2 years of experience required.On-call required: 4 weekdays and one weekend (Friday–Sunday).One weekend on-call required per month.One summer and one winter holiday on-call shift required.No floating required.Scrubs provided by the hospital.Required QualificationsAssociate Degree in Nursing (ASN).New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Compact RN License.AHA BLS Certification.AHA ACLS Certification.Telemetry.Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.Preferred QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).Critical Care experience.Prior experience with EPIC and Sensis.Required SkillsCirculating Nurse, EPIC, Mac-LAB, Impella, Balloon Pump, PCI, Right Heart Cath, Left Heart Cath.Preferred SkillsEP Experience, Circulation During Pacemaker Insertion Experience, Pulmonary Embolism Case Experience, Critical Care Experience, Sensis.Job ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.Identify patient needs and determine priorities through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care through initial and ongoing assessments.Initiate assessments based on patient needs, physician diagnosis, and functional health framework.Perform therapeutic nursing interventions.Manage patient care.Document care based on standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.Advocate for evidence-based practice and support innovations in care delivery.Provide patient-centric care aligned with the professional nursing practice model.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
