Highlights Location: Brick, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift What You'll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health. Perform age and disease-specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patients. Develop and coordinate patient-centered care plans. Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively. Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning technologies. Evaluate progress toward attainment of patient outcomes. Identify ethical issues and enhance patient satisfaction. Adhere to nursing standards and organizational competencies. Requirements Education: BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire. Experience: 6+ months of relevant nursing experience required. Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred. 2 years of telemetry, medical surgical, or critical care experience preferred. Cardiac Rehab experience is highly desired. Licenses & Certifications: Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license required. Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification required.
