Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour + Tips
Schedule: Part-Time | Schedule Varies Based on Business Needs
Employment Type: Temp-to-Permanent

About the Position

Customer Driven Staffing is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Barista to join a hotel resort café in Pompano Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in hospitality and providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced resort environment.

The café operates 7 days a week , from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM , serving resort guests with specialty coffee beverages, breakfast items, lunch options, pastries, and snacks.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, and specialty coffee drinks.
Prepare cold beverages, smoothies, and other café menu items.
Operate the cash register and accurately process guest transactions.
Reheat breakfast and lunch items following food safety procedures.
Maintain product displays and merchandise sales area.
Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift.
Provide excellent customer service while creating a welcoming experience for resort guests.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous barista, coffee shop, café, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience preferred.
Friendly, professional, and dependable.
Ability to multitask during busy periods.
Comfortable standing for extended periods.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule based on business demands.
Reliable transportation.
