Location NOLA BOSS Shift Days Description This is for a full-time position at the Naval Air Station / Joint Reserve Base, Located in Belle Chasse, LA. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems (HVAC/R) Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC/R systems Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Mechanic or similar role Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components Proficiency in appliance repair, equipment repair, and welding techniques Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience HVAC: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time This position is currently accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
